Scott founded and built Hunter Sterling Search from the ground up with one goal in mind, to help other companies do the same and reach their maximum growth potential by attracting the best possible talent. With a successful recruiting career of over 12 years and hundreds of hires to date, Scott continues to be instrumental in building out some of the fastest-growing early-stage and established companies across the country.
